It’s been more than a year. When will the parties restart?
Short answer: Not until it is VERY safe.
Safety is always my top priority for parties. Safety is a requirement for fun. How can you enjoy yourself if you don’t feel safe?
In the past this meant keeping the invite list private, making sure that the party is in an undisclosed location, no photos, and so on. Sadly since March 2020 it has meant no parties at all.
Lately the scientists and medical experts have been giving me hope that group events will be safe sometime late in 2022.
Therefore, I think it’s a good time to announce some “save this dates”. No promises.
- Oct 22 or 23, 2021: Edison, NJ (near eXXXotica Expo , but not affiliated with it)
- Jan 21 or 22, 2022: Las Vegas, NV (near the AVN Expo , but not affiliated with it)
I may require additional precautions: Masks? Fewer people? Proof of vaccination? I don’t know yet. Feedback welcome! How can we make this the safest funnest even ever?
